3. If a voucher is lost or stolen neither will a new voucher be issued nor the money be reimbursed in any manner.

5. Acceptance of the Panch Bhog® Gift Vouchers constitutes acceptance of all of these terms and conditions, changes to which may be effected and published at any time.
