Cancellation And Refund Policy

1. Panch Bhog® Food products Pvt. Ltd. will not accept any cancellation once the Item purchased and Confirmation received.
2. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of the Company.
3. Please make sure that you intimate us at-least 3 days before the delivery date.
4. Payment refund process will take 5-7 Working days. At any circumstances 10% of total ordered value will be charged from customer as settlement Fees.
